Length of Service at Doors: From the first day to till date.
How have you progressed to your current position: A 3 years Diploma in Hotel Management.
Other Employment: After plus 2 apprentic steward in Taj Bengal, later joined the same hotel. Worked in Oberoi Grand Peerless Inn, Kolkata Magnolia Park Street,worked in a 3 star deluxe hotel called Landmark in Guwahati. Was a Banquet Manager in Landmark Hyderabad, started business by opening a fastfood joint by the name Bhalomando and did catering with the same name.
Then shifted my domain to BPOs which was supposed to be a booming industry at that point of time. Was a total failure in the first interview with Wipro. Thought never would join a call centre but my mom motivated me and went to hyderabad with a job in hand with 24/7, couldn't clear the training and was once again thrown out. Finally after lots of struggle got into one of the best MNCs one can dream to work with GE. Then relocated in kolkata and was with Pecon. First source Limtex, Bellovista, Octagon which are all outbound call centres, challenged me with sales targets,succesfully achieved all of them wid lots of ups and downs, got to understand life and its people in a much better way untill finally my dream came true to be associated with DOORS. God has always been very kind to me and I take the oppurtunity to thank him for giving me the honour to be with such dynamic and brilliant team.

Working with a team of knowledgeable, solution driven people, where common sense (along with a splash of humor) is key, I feel confident in knowing DOORS offers the customer an honest solution with the most innovative and reliable equipment in the market. What more could the customer want!
